Refresh your browser. That will usually correct the issue. If not, Log out and back in. If it is trying to force you to watch the video again, call the student support number at (772) 732-7199.

I am getting an error when trying to load a handout or document.
If you are using an Apple device and Safari as your browser, try switching to the Google Chrome browser. This is a free download in your App Store. If you are using a phone or IPad, then there probably isn't enough space or memory on your device to open the document. You will need to switch to a laptop or desktop computer to complete your course. If this is not an option for you, contact training@minesafetycampus.com with your issues and we will let you know what your options are.
- While taking a quiz, I can not select an answer.
Try refreshing your browser. This problem is usually a communication error due to internet issues.
Most course issues are related to internet connectivity. If you are using cellular based internet, this could be the cause of your issues. It is recommended to find a more stable internet. If you are using a satellite based internet like Starlink, this could also be the cause of your issues as these types of internet connections drop out on occasion.
