What To Do If You Didn't Receive Your Certificate Via Email.

If you took a Part 48 course, your MSHA certificate is sent to you via email using the address in your account.  This usually happens within 2 hours of finishing your live session.  If you did not receive it, check your spam folder. If not there, email [e-mail]

If you took a Part 46 course, you were asked to send in some information so we can complete your certificate. If you did that then you should have received your certificate by the end of the business day.  If your company signed you up for this course, then your certificate was probably sent to them.  Check with your Safety person.

1. You full legal name
2. Your company name
3. Your company MSHA ID number (If you know it)
