Your instructor is available 7 days a week to respond to your questions if you use email or leave a voice message. His normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am to 8pm Eastern time. If you call after normal business hours then leave a message and he will return your call.  If you call during business hours and he does not answer, then leave a message and your call will be returned.
