Do You Need an MSHA Approved Part 46 Training Plan?

Yes, under Part 46 MSHA says your company must have an approved training plan.  

MSHA requires your company to have a training plan under Part 46 before you take any MSHA training course. If you need a training plan we have an approved training plan template located in the files section of your course. All you need to do is download it and fill in the blanks with your company information. 

 If you already have a plan, Mine Safety Campus must be added to your training plan as a competent trainer.  If you would like us to develop and customize a training plan for your company we can do so for a minimal charge.
