After completing a video are you not able to move forward?
In a perfect world, when you complete a video, a green check mark will display next to that video showing it is complete and a next button will appear. Unfortunately, this is not a perfect world and technology doesn't always work as it should. These problems usually creep up when there is an issue with the internet connection.
If this happens to you, or you get a red error stating that the unit did not finish, do not worry. All you need to do is refresh your browser or log out and back in. This will usually reset the problem and most of the time the check mark will then appear with the next button.
