Having an Issue Passing a test?

If you are having an issue with a test, we are here to help during normal business hours and can provide you with personalised service.  

In the meantime, here are some tips to help you get through the tests with a passing score.

1. The answers change positions randomly every time you retake a test. So don't base your selection on the order of the test answer.
2. While taking a test, write down your answers as you take a test.  When the test is complete, you will be shown the answers you did not get correct.  This will make it super easy when retaking the test.
3. Some test questions have more than one answer.  If this is the case, the question will be phrased with the number of answers to get the question correct.  If the question does not state the number of answers, then the answer will always be only one selection.
